How to remove Dropbox temporary suspsension of public shared links

Sometimes Dropbox may send you an automated email telling you this: "This email is an automated notification from Dropbox that your Public links have been temporarily suspended for generating excessive traffic."

But you don't need to panic. Here's how you remove the suspension:

  1. Login to your Dropbox online account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Account tab
  4. Bandwidth usage - Remove ban

Dropbox is a great service and we highly recommend you upgrade to a paid plan so you get more space and bandwidth.
